Ordering

After placing an order at Trumpette.com, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the items you ordered along with a unique order identification number. If you don't receive an email or if you have any questions about your order, please call us at  888-894-7770, extension 312  Monday-Friday 7:30-3:30 PST.      Be sure to have your order number available so we can provide the most accurate information possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Free gound shipping on all retail orders  $25.00  or more shipped anywhere in the United States including Hawaii and Alaska.

Most orders are processed within 2-5 days and in-stock items are shipped within 48 hours of processing. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your UPS ground order within the continental United States.

Return Policy

If you are not pleased with your purchase, return the item in its original condition within 30 days for a full exchange, less shipping costs.

To receive an exchange it is based on the purchase price of the item(s): 
 1. all merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
 2. the merchandise must be in sellable condition, original packaging, unwashed and unused. 

Perishable goods, Discounted, Sale or Final Sale items are not returnable at anytime.

Pre-order

Please note when placing an order for a item listed as “Pre-order” you are ordering an item that has not yet been released. As soon as we release this item, your pre-order will be shipped.
